Seasonal Line Cooks, Banquet Cooks

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following
•    Prepare, to order, all food items following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits (8-10 minutes at lunch; 10-12 minutes at dinner)
•    Prep assigned items
•    Grill, deep fry, bake and broil raw and prepped foods
•    Measure and assemble ingredients and cook items according to recipes and menu specifications
•    Maintain cooking line in a clean, sanitary and safe manner
•    Uniforms and aprons should always be “showplace clean”
•    Stock/restock items on line according to specifications
•    Wash and clean raw food products
•    Peeling, dicing, shredding and slicing food products using electric equipment
•    Assist in an entire team effort

Minimum 2 years short order cooking experience and level 2 knife skills is required.

Banquet Servers:

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

•    Receive BEO (banquet event order) from banquet manager.  Review the functions of the day, carry out changes according to the memos
•    All associates will take place in daily line up to ensure proper grooming and uniform maintenance
•    Provide professional service for the scheduled party
•    Serve and clear proper courses at the proper time
•    Refill any beverages that may need refilling or provide a beverage that is requested

Housekeeping
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

•    Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met.
•    Cleans offices as scheduled
•    Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers.
•    Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
•    Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts.
•    Reports needs of supplies to supervisor to keep kitchens/ closets stocked and records damages.
