Business Process Consultant (Ariba or Fieldglass)

* this position will be filled in Indianapolis, IN only

 

Proficient knowledge of Ariba upstream, downstream and/or Fieldglass. Ability to act as a BSA/ Project Manager and have the ability to elicit requirements from the business areas, be able to create Use Case documents and bring innovative solutions in their responses. They need be able to work with the team to provide the right solutions to the stakeholders. They need to have excellent project management skills.  A small portion of the work may be lights on and they should be able to understand lights on work.

Specific skill sets we are looking for include the following:

• Highly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, presentation, persuasion to achieve desired result.
• Understanding of the technical complexity associated with the applications that make up our various internal and external eCommerce tools (Ariba, Fieldglass, Peoplesoft).
• Hands-on knowledge with eCommerce technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript , EDI and eProcurement tools (Ariba, Fieldglass, Peoplesoft).
• Experience in project management methodologies, tool, scheduling, technical resource management, cross-teams coordination.
• Demonstrate ability to be self-directed and initiate programs with little hands-on management.
• Well experienced in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong business acumen across multiple functional areas (Sales, Marketing, eBusiness, Operations, etc).
• Ambitious, flexible and positive.
• A self-starter who can work under general supervision and adapts well to a dynamic work environment.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  The ideal candidate will have:

• Requires a BA/BS degree; 2-3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Strong working experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a large ERP application background.
• Knowledge of Ariba /Fieldglass is preferable.
• Technically savvy with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Supply Chain and/ or procurement knowledge preferred.
• Prefer some project management background or certifications like PMP.
