ResCare is looking for Customer Service Supervisor/CNA Team Leader in the Yorkville area. We are looking for an individual that would be able to direct and supervise the non-skilled services for home care services as well as be a personable self-starter who enjoys working with and motivating people, providing great customer service as well as possessing a current CNA Certification. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, client care, building and maintaining relationships with clients and staff as well as hiring, training and scheduling field staff to service the client's needs.
