Clinical Program Manager - BH Mental Hlth Svcs OP 005 - Full-Time,Day - The Harbor - Waukegan,IL

Shift: Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM; Associate will also need to be involved in rotating on-call coverage, as well as being able to provide programmatic coverage in the event of call offs or other scheduling gaps

What You Will Do

As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Manages activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops, implements and evaluates program services and initiatives.
  • Hires, trains, develops and evaluates staff. Assigns tasks and prioritizes and coordinates work.
  • Collaborates with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
  • Monitors and adheres to budget. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.

What You Will Need

Education:
  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, Public Health, or other social services focus highly desired.
  • LCSW/LCPC preferred; CADC Highly Desirable.

Work Experience:
  • 3 years of experience required.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
  • Experience in non-profit and/or human services sectors a plus.
