The Suter Company, Inc. is a rapidly growing food manufacturer based out of Sycamore, IL.

We are in search of a Packaging & Compliance Specialist who is passionate about the food industry and wants to be part of a fast paced, customer oriented company.

This position is part of our Sales & Marketing Team and will interact with all internal departments, as well as developing direct relationships with our customers.

Primary responsibilities include packaging and label development, USDA and FDA regulatory expertise and compliance, product specification, and product development support. This position is also responsible for managing vendor partner relationships and establishing and maintaining systems to ensure an efficient and accurate label approval process.

Qualified applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in food science, marketing, business or equivalent work experience along with strong communication and project management skills. Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred.
