The IQMS EnterpriseIQ ERP Training Specialist is hard working, energetic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, has exceptional work ethic, and possesses great communication and presentation skills. The primary objective is to train manufacturing customers and internal personnel on our proprietary EnterpriseIQ ERP software package. We provide extensive training on our EnterpriseIQ ERP software to insure our team provides the best service to internal and external customers. Required Proficiencies, Background & Education: Experience with or aptitude for communicating technical information in an informative, entertaining and educational format. Hands-on manufacturing experience Experience using ERP systems, EnterpriseIQ is preferred 3-5 years training end users or similar experience Strong customer service skills Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills, effective interpersonal and team work skills Team player that pays attention to deadlines, is detail oriented and has a sense of ownership Must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Excellent time management and organizational skills Able to work with and train people with a wide variety of technical and non-technical skills and backgrounds. Firm knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Approximately 25% travel required Preferred Qualifications: Accounting experience Crystal Report writing and Global Spreadsheet Server software experience Moodle knowledge Camtasia experience TeamViewer, VM Ware and GoToMeeting exposure Job Responsibilities: Being highly knowledgeable in the EnterpriseIQ ERP software. Learn new technology, and become an expert in our software and ongoing software updates Conduct beginning to advanced-level online and in person training sessions on the use and setup of our software across all modules. Accurately and compellingly convey the value of IQMS’ enterprise solutions. Develop and lead classroom training sessions for small groups of customers at IQMS’ training facilities and at the customer’s facility. Establish credibility with our product users who have a wide range of backgrounds and skillsets. Follow up with clients after training is completed to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare training session reports and document all training correspondence internally and with customers in proprietary CRM software. Maintain printed and electronic training materials on the latest release version of the software. Responsible for creation of training videos. Maintain up-to-date data in the training database All positions require successful completion of IQMS manufacturing ERP product training and testing.
