An established distributor of automation products located in St. Charles IL is seeking a dynamic, conscientious, flexible individual for a part-time (Approx 30 hrs a week) internal customer service position. Customer service is a top priority and our representatives play in integral role in growing our business and proactively meeting customer needs. Role and responsibilities include:

• The ability to develop customer relationships through commitment to following orders from quote to shipment
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding: Pricing, Lead time, and Delivery
• Our ideal candidate works proactively with customers and vendors to offer solutions to exceed our customer's needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; both internally and externally
• High degree of accuracy and sense of urgency
• Ability to manage several orders without losing focus
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
• NAV experience a plus
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
