Baxter Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Manager, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) in Deerfield, IL with the following requirements: Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Administration, Health Economics or Public Health plus 3 years related experience. Prior experience must include manage HEOR projects and client relationships in a health economics consultancy; implement HEOR projects by conducting literature reviews to summarize findings of clinical, economic, quality of life (QoL) and burden of illness studies, outcomes research protocols and economic models; utilize health technology assessment (HTA) methods, economic evaluations, literature reviews and International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research standards to collaborate with clinical experts and key opinion leaders (KOLs) and publish evidence through abstracts, posters and congresses; utilize survey methodologies, questionnaire development, validation, data collection and management.
