Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL area (Only Locals)

M & R Printing Equipment, Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of screen printing equipment is looking to add an experienced Systems professional. The company is heavily invested in advanced technology, earning numerous patents, keeping the company in the forefront of innovative design and rapid product development. Today, the company produces a wide array of screen printing equipment at several facilities in Illinois and other international locations. The company has a vast array of distributors and support operations throughout the world.

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer who will be responsible for providing systems administration, architecture and technical solutions.

The successful candidate

Must have:

• Experience managing IT equipment and service vendors.
• Experience with industry standard network analysis and management tools.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience working with multiple sites.

 

Requirements:

• Exchange administrator / designer / implementer / Engineer
• Engineer and Architect for Active Directory including security
• SAN/NAS implementation and support
• VMware vSphere / designer / implementer / Engineer
• General support of data centers
• General end user support
• Lead projects involving Active Directory, Exchange, and file systems, as well as provide technical documentation and budgeting support
• Lead projects involving VMWare vCenter, ESXI, Exchange, and file systems, as well as provide technical documentation and budgeting support
• Manage IT equipment and service vendors starting with the initial RFP, analysis and cost, ongoing maintenance and support
• Support a 7 X 24 operation, including problem analysis, determination, and resolution using standard industry utilities
• Maintenance of local H/W and S/W configurations
