Welding Instructor

Private business and vocational school in a suburb of Chicago is looking for a welding instructor, who is certified or could become certified.  

 

Must be able to weld mig, tig, flux cored and stick on flat plate and pipe in all positions. Preferably a working knowledge of weld symbols, blueprints and an understanding of pipefitting. 

 

Will be requested to take a 6G pipe welding test.  Must have 3 years minimum welding experience in the welding field or related field.  

 

Must have an heart for instructing that will empower others with excellent welding skills. 

 

 This is a part-time position.  Salary is negotiable and is dependent upon skill level.
