Both positions must be Registered Nurse in State of Illinois. 2 years nursing experience. Must have 1 year experience caring for elderly such as in a long term facility, hospice unit or home health. Must have/be willing to obtain the IDPH Train-the-Trainer for C.N.A. Instructors.
