Tri-County Opportunities Council

Early Head Start/ Head Start Program

Pre-K Teachers: Mendota, Ottawa, Streator, Seneca. Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or closely related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE.

Pre-K Teacher Assistants: LaSalle, Ottawa, Seneca. Minimum of AAS in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE.

Parent Child-Educator: Bureau/Putnam/Marshall Counties. Minimum of AAS in child development, early childhood education, human services, social services or closely related field.

Parent Child-Educator: Mendota/Earlville. Minimum of AAS in child development, early childhood education, human services, social services or closely related field. Bilingual skills required.

Bus Driver: Seneca. Minimum of high school diploma or GED and excellent driving record. Must have held a valid drivers license for a minimum of three (3) consecutive years prior to hire.

Bus Monitor: LaSalle/Peru. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

Site Supervisor: LaSalle County. Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or closely related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE.
