Tri-county Opportunities Council Early Head Start/Head Start Program

Position opening for Early Head Start/Head Start Program Director: Salaried, exempt, full-time, full-year.

Position is based out of the Rock Falls Office.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of a BA degree in education, social services, organizational development, management or closely related degree.
  • Three years supervisory and management experience in a multi-dimensional program.
  • Experience with grant writing, budgeting and maintaining fiscal integrity.
