Full Time Full time Medical Call Center Operator needed for busy orthopaedic surgery practice located in the near western suburbs. The candidate will be responsible for answering phones, taking phone messages, transferring calls, scheduling appointments, and obtaining demographic and medical insurance information. Must be able to manage multiple phone lines, handle stress/pressure well, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Previous medical office experience is a plus.
