Since 1972, Burnex Corporation, located in Ringwood, IL has been a world class leader in manufacturing precision metal stampings, wire forms and intricately designed custom and standard metal parts for a wide range of industries and applications.

We are looking for an individual to work on 1st shift in this entry-level position. Looking to train someone that is a self-motivated worker, and has mechanical aptitude.

Load CNC and Waterjet Machine with a forklift.
Measure and inspect the parts that are made to ensure a quality product
Work from drawings, and prints with moderate comprehension
Identify defective material, inventory issues, and malfunction of equipment
Follow prescribed safety practice including use of all safety equipment furnished
Maintain and repair mechanical shop equipment

Hours: Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Job Requirements:
Able to follow directions and use the machines that are computer based.
Ability to use calipers and understand simple measurements.
Attention to detail
Able to lift up to 55lbs
Someone that is comprehensive on mechanical equipment.
Able to drive a forklift
