Fox Valley Family YMCA - Plano Looking for a team player to provide association leadership over group exercise classes, PT, chronic disease prevention programs, fitness center, and related staff of rapidly growing $4M charitable organization with 200 staff serving 7,000 members via two existing branches.

Qualifications

Requires excellent time management and organization/communication skills along with an attention to detail. Bachelors in exercise science or equivalent work experience required. Preferred certifications include: ACE or ACSM, Les Mills, spin, yoga, and foundations of group exercise which will be commensurate with advertised salary. Essential Functions Responsible for all class scheduling, personal training, wellness grants, and wellness programming for adults and children. Additional responsibilities include staff mentoring, staff hiring and training, oversight of fitness center equipment and development at two existing facilities.

Salary: $43-48,000.00
