Logistics Clerk

Full Time

Main Function: Support the daily activity in the warehouse office including planning, scheduling, and coordinating domestic and international shipments.

Duties:

• Prepare pick tickets and labels to process customer orders
• Accurately complete bills of lading, customs documents, commercial invoices, and ASNs
• Prepare shipping acknowledgements and confirmations via customer web sites
• Verification and receipt of inbound deliveries
• Assist with incoming carrier calls and carrier scheduling
• Assist with dispatch of trucks, brokers, and couriers
• Scan barcoded shipments and apply labels.

Required:

• High School Diploma with 2 years related work experience
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, ERP, and internet for customer web sites.

Preferred:

• Associates Degree
• Bilingual Spanish
• Annual Salary: $30,000
