This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs, and preventative maintenance, to all areas of the hotel. You will perform maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating/air conditioning. plumbing and ensure that equipment is prepared and operational for the following day's work. Perform preventative maintenance as outlined in the Preventative Maintenance Program while you monitor and secure inventory and follow established ordering procedures to replenish supplies and inventory and minimize waste.
