Job Description: We are seeking a commercial lines customer service representative to join our independent insurance agency. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to help the agency to grow. We are a growing agency looking for an individual to grow with the team. Prior experience with an independent insurance agency is an advantage.

Salary $25,500 - $36,500 based on knowledge and experience

Responsibilities: Market new and existing customers Assist agent with presenting company products and services to new and existing customers. Process and review customer renewals. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Work with the agency team on Personal and Commercial insurance issues as needed. Assist customers with billing issues.

Qualifications: Previous experience in commercial insurance. Familiarity with insurance forms and rating systems Ability to problem solve and build rapport with customers. Deadline and detail oriented. Possess current Illinois insurance license.

Compensation: Salary is based on prior experience and knowledge Monthly sales bonus available
