Advertising Sales  Account Executive          

 

Immediate opening for experienced advertising sales professional to sell for Performance Media, a well established (since 1991) niche publisher located in Northbrook, Illinois.  Currently publishing 22 custom, high image publications that reach the most upscale audiences in the metro Chicago area and we are growing!

 

The ideal candidate we are seeking must have:

•          An entrepreneurial spirit
•          Exceptional presentation skills
•          The ability to sell multiple products calling on Fortune 500 companies as well as small local businesses
•          An appreciation of the arts
•          A tenacious drive for results
•          The ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff
•          Strong integrity 
•          Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
•          Be articulate both verbally and in writing 
•          Own car for local travel
•          Able to work from our offices in Northbrook, Illinois
•          Knowledge of the Chicago media arena
•          College degree or equivalent experience

 

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to handle a protected territory with a strong base of running business, excellent growth and unlimited earning potential.  

 

Our offices are conveniently located in Northbrook near I-294 and I-94.  All members of our sales team has their own private furnished office including all the technology required for the job.  You will interface with management, and our in-house production and design staff, accounting, IT and, distribution staff as well as a team of seasoned sales professionals.
