Member Service Representative

The Illinois Credit Union System (ICUS), a statewide trade association with a $65m business subsidiary and multiple affiliated organizations, has an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative. Work for a company that is well positioned for growth, with strong financial success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The individual we seek will be responsible for conducting member service functions in accordance with procedures, standards and regulations to ensure high quality member satisfaction.

• Provide support to credit union and business partners related to Credit, Debit/ATM and Prepaid programs.
• Answer credit union requests, questions and issues.
• Document all call related activity for tracking purposes.
• Assist credit unions in completing proper forms to participate in services.
• Assist credit unions with desktops and workstations.

Required Skills
The Member Service Representative is efficient, organized, detail oriented, able to multitask and have strong technology and communication skills. He or she must demonstrate a strong sense of professionalism, be upbeat, energetic and reliable.

Required Experience

• High School diploma
• Credit Union Financial experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Other Physical and/or Special Requirements

• Sitting and working on a computer for long periods of time
