We are a privately held company with a history of stability and solid growth. Our Manufacturing Engineering group provides Manufacturing with the necessary technical support and services to ensure successful operations. Our current needs call for adding a manufacturing engineer to our group:
 
Duties will include:
•Documentation of methods and processes.
•Development and maintenance of laborroutingand product structures within the ERP systems.
•Reduction of labor content, cycle times, and overall lead-times.
•Process, methods, and operator safety.
•Plant and facility layout development.
•Product line cost reduction.
•Processing and Implementation of ECRs and ECNs.
•Developing production fixtures, gages, processes, and methods.
•Disposition of materials and vendor contact to resolve discrepancies.
 
Qualifications:
•BS within an Industrial, Manufacturing, and Mechanical Engineering field.
•1 to 3 years experience in an electromechanical assembly environment.
•Experience within new product introduction (transition from design to production).
•Familiarity with work flow systems (ECN,ECR,SCR processing).
•Capable of fixture or simple machine designs.
•Competence in Microsoft Office, Project Manager and multi dimensional design programs (AutoCAD).
•Experience within a formal continuous improvement environment.
