The President of this McHenry County, IL manufacturing business will provide general management over manufacturing, materials, quality assurance and safety. This person will ensure the organization's goals are met and will plan all operational activities and direct the entire enterprise. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Ideal candidate must have excellent leadership and listening skills along with a passion for customers and their success. Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Direct company planning and policy-making.
• Will be responsible for making decisions regarding improving productivity, quality and efficiency of operations, sales and marketing.
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning and introduction of new programs/strategies.
• Provide day to day leadership to all employees.
• Work collaboratively across the organization and provide guidance, development, and training while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
• Represent the company with current clients and potential future clients.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the metal stamping industry or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of EPA, OSHA, RoHS regulations and/or any other jurisdictional agencies which pertain to the metal stamping industry preferred.
• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding leadership skills and willingness to work in a roll up your sleeves environment.
• Must have strong business acumen.
• hould have excellent communication skills with ability to impart ideas and company direction.
• Should have experience in formulating policy along with developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
