UPWARD BOUND DIRECTOR

Upward Bound Director will oversee federally funded Upward Bound Program, supervise two full-time staff members and work directly with caseload of participants for Academic Achievement Plan development, academic advising and progress monitoring. Master's in education, counseling, social work or related area. Experience with federal grants, bilingual (Eng/Spa) preferred.
