The Custodial Manager is responsible for supervising the custodial staff including but not limited to training, scheduling, evaluations and staff development as well as performing custodial duties. This position plans, organizes, coordinates, and manages the Custodial Department cleanliness and quality; assures the proper care, cleaning of buildings; inspects facilities; coordinates and prioritizes work projects. This position requires activity that may require incumbent to lift 50lbs on occasion; 20lbs frequently, and 10lbs consistently.
