What You Will Do

- Provides oversight for areas of responsibility to ensure achievement of goals.
- Oversees the development and continuous improvement of services, policies, processes, and programs. Provides leadership to management within areas of responsibility.
- Oversees operations, budget, financial targets, and human resources management.
- Formulates and implements operational strategies and initiatives.
What You Will Need
Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
- Required Credential(s):
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Master's Level Degree
- Master's degree in health care or nursing required
- Ten or more years of recent case, care or disease management required.Ten years of experience in healthcare delivery system required.Ten years of experience with risk bearing contracts and capitation required.
