What You Will Do

Location: This position will be based out of 200 S Wacker Drive Chicago, IL but will transition to Lisle, IL mid-2019

Job Summary:

Provides compensation consultation services to ensure strategic plans are met and budgetary restraints are maintained while recruitment, retention, and internal equity issues are addressed.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensures compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other federal and state regulations.
  • Consults with managers, directors and executives to develop and organize job structures that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Provides guidance and direction for compensation changes.
  • Provides and analyzes market data. Maintains salary structures and job grades.

Qualifications


Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Healthcare compensation experience highly preferred

Work Experience:
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Three to five years of experience highly preferred.
