What You Will Do
As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Collects and analyzes Human Resources data from multiple sources for the development of reports and statistical information.
You will:
- Compiles analytical and statistical reports.
- Formulates, defines and recommends scope and format of reports.
- Oversees provision of ad hoc management reports.
- Reviews information for accuracy and reconciles data on a regular basis.
What You Will Need
Education:
- HS or Equivalent
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, business or related field; or equivalent experience highly preferred
Work Experience:
- Two or more years of experience in a data analytics or metrics role required, Human Resources experience preferred.
- 5-7 years HR experience, preferably in an Operations, Systems or Process related role highly preferred
- 3+ years PeopleSoft experience
- 3+ years Reporting experience
- Excellent functional knowledge of PeopleSoft and expertise in SQL/DB structures and report writing
Compentencies:
- Experience using SQL to join multiple tables (three or more tables)
- Preferred candidates will have experience using programming languages such as SAS, Python, or R to aggregate data from multiple file-based sources
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills
- Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Excel and Access
- HRIS Systems Experience a plus (Taleo, Peoplesoft, Successfactors, etc), Oracle Enterprise BI suite a plus
- Collaborative team player with the skills and ability to partner while still thriving with independent assignments
- Ability to tell a story with data taking raw data from multiple HR sources in Excel and transforming it into presentable information
- Ability to quickly learn and synthesize new technologies with existing technologies
- Multi-tasking capabilities, often working with competing demands and last minute priorities
