What You Will Do

Responsibilities:
- Utilizes innovative and creative techniques to ensure a pool of qualified candidates for selection.
- Monitors number and type of vacancies. Uses information to develop new recruitment strategies and identify retention issues.
- Develops and administers recruitment strategies that meet organizational needs and is responsible for overall recruiting, hiring and onboarding of employees.
- Ensures that recruitment procedures and practices are in compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Need
Education:
- Diploma
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
