What You Will Do

As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Provides assistance to the corporate responsibility function.
You will:
  • Assists in the development, implementation, operation and oversight of the Corporate Responsibility Program to promote adherence to laws, regulations and ethical business practices.
  • Assists in promoting a culture of integrity by maintaining availability and visibility to all associates and contingent workers regarding compliance issues; assists in the implementation of compliance initiatives and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Assists in the management of the CRP auditing and monitoring program to address high risk compliance areas.
  • Coordinates documentation, tracking and resolutions of compliance/privacy matters initiated by the associates, contractors, and anyone reporting a valid compliance concern.

What You Will Need
Education:
  • Bachelor's Level Degree
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or other healthcare related field required
Work Experience:
  • Three years of experience in healthcare regulatory or financial experience required.
