What You Will Do

Responsibilities:
- Manages workflow/operations to ensure appropriate pay processes are followed. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Serves as strategic consultant as it relates to compensation program(s) to meet the needs of the organization.
- Manages the administration of compensation program(s).
- Manages preparation and delivery of communication and education materials for compensation program(s).
What You Will Need
Education:
- Diploma
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience required. 5 years of experience preferred. 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
