The Teachers' Retirement System located in Lisle, IL is seeking a Benefits Counselor to provide factual information to members regarding retirement benefits and options.
Off-site travel will be required to conduct individual and group meetings and informational seminars on various benefit-related topics. A bachelor's degree in math, statistics, accounting, education or a related field is required. At least three years of experience in a related business or education field is required. Position requires strong analytical skills, computational skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
