Libertyville Fire Department Firefighter/Paramedic Examination The Libertyville Fire Department is accepting applications for Firefighter/Paramedic. Applicants must be age 21 to 35, a State of Illinois Firefighter II or greater, and an EMT-Basic or greater with the Illinois Department of Public Health to apply. Applications may be picked up beginning Monday, April 18th, 2016 at 1551 N. Milwaukee Avenue in Libertyville, Monday-Friday between 8 and 4 p.m. The last day to submit applications is 4 p.m., Friday, April 29th, 2016. Completed applications must be accompanied with all required documentation. No Exceptions. The Village of Libertyville is an EOE.
