Social Services YOUTH CARE WORKER aka MENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST Allendale Association a Child Welfare, Mental Health and Special Education facility currently has full time rotating second shift positions for Youth Care Workers aka Mental Health Specialists at our Lake Villa IL, North Chicago IL, and Benet Lake WI locations, to work actively with high end "at risk" children & adolescents ages 7 to 21 years of age within our Residential Units. Ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's Degree with one year related experience preferred, or 5 years of equivalent experience. Per DCFS regulations, must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record Must be at least 21 years of age.
