Allendale Association, a multi-service child welfare organization located 10 mi. west of Gurnee Mills currently has a full time position for an Environment of Care Manager who will manage the administration and oversight of service programs to ensure a safe, clean, and healthy campus and group home environment.

Ensures the overall cleanliness and appearance of agency buildings and monitors compliance with licensing and accreditation standards related to environment of care. Requires minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in health institutional environmental services management (house keeping), to include some supervisory experience. Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures, valid drivers license with a good driving record. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
