Maintenance Technician needed for busy student housing community in Joliet.

Must be familiar with apartment turn & basic maintenance. Duties include, but are not limited to: basic carpentry, plumbing, troubleshooting skills, apartment turn, vendor scheduling, grounds and curb appeal, and resident work orders. Must be able to be on call and work the occasional weekend during summer turn. The perfect candidate will be well organized and be positive, outgoing, friendly, and have a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of residents. Hourly wage of $16.50/hr plus benefits and optional housing discount to start.
