The City of Joliet is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Housing Specialist. This position is responsible for the day-to-day financial and regulatory management of HOME, CDBG, NSP and other grant funds administered by the Neighborhood Services Division. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in urban planning, business, finance or other related field. Five (5) years prior experience working in HUD and related programs is required. Salary range: $68,016 - $90,688 annually.
