Case Manager / Drug Court

GENERAL DUTIES & BACKGROUND:
Provide case management for 25-40 Drug Court clients. Provide mental health, substance abuse and risk assessments. Develop person-centered treatment plans and facilitate groups. Perform and observe drug testing for clients. Provide referrals for treatment, employment, education, transportation, social services and entitlements. Participate in staffings and court. Collect and enter data for MIS system and performance measurement reports. Maintain working relationships with treatment facilities, health department, probation, judicial, and other social service agencies. Perform any and all other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Related Field
- CADC Certification / MISA Certification
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Criminal Justice/Addictions Work Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Windows 7
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must undergo background check and driving abstract
