BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

To support our ever-growing operation, we are currently hiring for the following position in Joliet, IL:

 

Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Part-time
Mon-Fri, Up to 28 hours/week



The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing top quality service to our member by contacting them for a variety of needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Bilingual English/Spanish necessary
  • Place timely and courteous calls to member store and speak with department managers to obtain their orders.
  • Write credits and produce reports as required for the efficient operation of the department.
  • Capture data as required.
  • Resolves customer issues or escalates difficult issues to management as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements include:

 

 

  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Punctual
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Should be customer service driven
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Able to multi-task
  • Professional appearance


Education and Experience Required:

 

 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possession of strong organizational and data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Able to work collectively with team associates.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
