Wire EDM Lead Person

Itasca, IL

Job Summary -

The selected candidate will setup, run and program Mitsubishi Wire EDM using Esprit 2017 CAM Software.

 

Job Duties and Authorities -

•Keep a clean and safe work area.

•Set up, run and maintain Mitsubishi Wire EDM.

•CAM Program using Espirit 2017.

•Use AutoCAD to view and interpret tooling drawings.

•Assist with other related duties as required or assigned.

Job Specifications -

•Minimum 10 year’s experience as a Wire EDM Programmer.

•Set up Mitsubishi FA-20S, and MV-2400R Machines

•Proficient in using Esprit CAM Software 2014-2017.

•Knowledge of AutoCAD 2010 

•Tool and Die Blue Print reading.

•Ability to lift and move 90 lbs. with assistance as necessary.

•Ability to push 200 lbs. on wheeled carts with assistance as necessary.

•Must be available for mandatory overtime or non-standard or extended work schedule.
