What You Will Do

As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Manages the daily operations for linen services.
You will:
  • Develops annual goals and objectives for linen services.
  • Reviews and recommends products and equipment to ensure compliance with facility specifications.
  • Manages staff including training, hiring, terminations, orienting and evaluating performance.
  • Creates staff schedules and assigns duties.

What You Will Need

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

Work Experience:

• 2 years of experience required. • 1 year of leadership or management experience required
