The ideal candidate, will assist in the design, layout and coding of the existing website and email marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone whose forte is in design, but can also maintain and update our existing site through html development, and who possesses the ability to improve their technical and graphical skills.
Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining E-commerce websites, intranet sites and email marketing campaigns.
• Create graphics and html that adhere to Abt's style and brand identity.
• Translate visual prototypes into launch-ready html.
• Test and troubleshoot pages on multiple browsers and platforms.
• Create Flash & static banners for affiliate network.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Professional web design experience
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator).
• Skilled in HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of jQuery and JavaScript a plus.
• Understanding of web standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with mobile / responsive design.
• Experience building wireframes.
• Portfolio demonstrating both graphic design principles and technical expertise.
