SALES/MARKETING – EXTERIOR BUILDING RESTORATION COMPANY
Immediate opening for Sales/Marketing individual within the Building Restoration field, with good work ethic. Will involve:
- Prospective/potential customer calling and face-to-face introductions
- Develop and maintain relationships with Property Managers, General Contractors and Architects/Engineers to market our services
- Interact with Management to ensure that customer/contract requirements and time frames are met
- Assist in marketing and sales functions to identify and develop new customers
- Participate in the development of company marketing and communication materials
- Represent/promote the company at various community and/or business meetings
