ARS Contracting, Inc. is a specialized contracting company specializing in moving, storing and installation of machinery and equipment.

We are looking for an experienced, full time dispatcher to be located in our Franklin Park, IL warehouse.

Responsibilities: Scheduling and dispatch of crews and equipment; Oversight of daily time sheets; Assist Warehouse Manager in receiving loads, loading trucks, getting crews out on a daily basis; Maintain computer inventory records, taking physical count periodically; Examines incoming shipments and outgoing shipments to ensure all parts, tools, equipment and accessories are included.

Key Competencies: Good organizational skills; Fast learner; Ability to prioritize tasks, manage change and work as a team; Ability to communicate with co-workers and management.

Qualifications: High school education required; Intermediate computer skills required; Fork lift operation; Ability to lift 80 pounds or more; Experience in shipping and receiving warehouse and inventory control preferred; CDL a plus but not required.
