What You Will Do
As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to

Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements and evaluates program services and initiatives.
- Hires, trains, develops and evaluates staff. Assigns tasks and prioritizes and coordinates work.
- Collaborates with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
- Monitors and adheres to budget. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
What You Will Need
Education:
- Diploma
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required
- 3 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
