What You Will Do

Manages the daily operations of a department(s).
Responsibilities:
- Develops specific departmental goals, standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Manages all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
- Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
- Supports special projects and business analyses as requested.
- Contributes to short and long term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
What You Will Need
Education:
- Diploma
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience required. 5 years of experience preferred. 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
