What You Will Do

Practice Details:

• 900+ mutlti-specialty group
• 40 patient contact hours per week
• Monday-Friday 8-5
• Equally shared call within group (not to exceed 1:2 call)
• Stroke call (not to exceed 1:3)
• Covering 2 primary hospitals (AMITA Resurrection & AMITA St. Joseph in Joliet)

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office
• Preferred Credential(s):
  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
