What You Will Do
As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Leads the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for the assigned area(s).
Responsibilities:
- Develops and administers business plans reflecting the organization's mission and goals.
- Develops and implements policies, procedures, standards and initiatives.
- Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives.
- Plans and manages the department's financial operations including budget development, expense and revenue analysis, evaluation of services and development activities.
What You Will Need
Education:
- Bachelor's Level Degree
- Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred
Work Experience:
- Three years of experience working with volunteers preferred.
- Five years of supervisory experience required.
- Three years of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
