Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Associate (1 position)

The New Haven Companies, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative

(Greets customers, input orders, rental billing, excel spreadsheets, answers phones, experience with moving products.) 

• Warehousing and distribution experience preferred.
• Prefer someone who is organized and detailed oriented with Supervisory experience.
• Need someone who can work at the front counter helping customers and then can go into warehouse and pull an order when needed.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work well with direct and indirect customers, in person and over the phone.
• Must have various computer experience (Excel, Word, Micro Soft Outlook). Will also work on proprietary system.
