Looking for an individual who possesses strong customer service and communication skills, positive attitude and the desire to help others. Duties will include answering incoming client telephone calls, Scheduling annual visits for Home Comfort Collection Plan members. Scheduling return visits for part installations. Following up with clients on recomended service work/replacement options from field techs. Assisting dispatch when needed with dispatching techs to scheduled appointments. Assist accounting department with clerical duties when needed.
